prime minister kakar said that pakistan is one of the earliest participants in the "belt and road" initiative. the pakistani government is committed to building a high-quality china-pakistan economic corridor to promote national economic development and improve people's living standards. this year, pakistan established the "special investment facilitation council" (sifc) to ensure and promote foreign investment in pakistan from the legislative level, which will continue in effect. mcc is an important partner of pakistan and its construction and operation of two metal mines has effectively promoted the sustainable development of the non-ferrous industry in pakistan. the government of pakistan welcomes mcc to further expand its investment and construction in important fields, continuously improve the added value of mineral products, and promote the diversification of export products and more practical cooperation results, and spares no effort to provide support and help for the development of mcc in pakistan.
